The main iron-bearing mineral of magnetite is magnetite. Its chemical formula is Fe3O4, where FeO = 31%, Fe2O3 = 69%, and the theoretical iron content is 72.4%. This type of ore sometimes contains TiO2 and V2O5 combined composite ore, which are called titanium magnetite or alumite magnetite, respectively. Rarely encountered in natural pure magnetite ore, often due to surface oxidation, part of the magnetite is oxidized and transformed into semi-pseudo-hemite and pseudo-hemite. The so-called pseudo-like hematite is the oxidation of magnetite (Fe3O4) into hematite (Fe2O3), but it still retains the shape of the original magnetite, so it is called pseudo-like hematite.
